City Park Worship During the summer months, First Lutheran Church “moves” our regular 11:00 worship outdoors. For Sunday, July 15th, we will be worshiping on the east side of the Douglas County Fairgrounds - under the trees. Come as you are - all are welcome. Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy worshipping in this beautiful outdoor setting. If the weather is rainy, we’ll make a decision by 9:00 a.m. and the announcement will be made on KXRA radio (1490 AM) at the beginning of the 9:45 worship to move the service back to the First Lutheran Church sanctuary at 11:00. Otherwise … put on your sunglasses and sunscreen, and join us at the east side of the Douglas County Fairgrounds for worship.

Directions:
Enter the Douglas County Fairgrounds off of County Road 82 (by the large white tanks on the west side of Alexandria). Drive to the east end of the fairgrounds and park near the 4-H buildings.
